Foksal 13/15 is a luxury apartment project. Historic, pre-war buildings, in which the aristocracy and people from higher classes used to live. One of the tenement houses was inhabited by the Warsaw king of chocolate – Jan Wedel.
The tenement houses were built at the end of the 19th century. Many original details, such as carved supraports, white marble floors, hand-wrought balustrades or frescoes on the walls, have been preserved in their interiors until today. The walls and ceilings of the apartments are decorated with nearly one hundred stucco patterns and the floors are covered with wooden parquet.
Apartments Foksal 13/15 is a unique and luxurious investment, characterized by prestige and elegance.
